My attempt at some plan changes
Being a Project Manager used to quick turnarounds, I really struggle with waiting more than a day for a response so here are my attempts at one of the main changes to the first draft.
I wanted to...
- flip the back half of the house to save on overall width (ideally to 15m so that we can add 2m to the garage and have a 3 car garage)
- have the living areas and alfresco on the left to get the afternoon sun and have the butler pantry on the cooler morning sun side.
- The right side of our house would pretty much be flush against the fence at 17m so only having a butler pantry window and theatre room window really suits.
- i also doodled with the powder room to isolate the toilet from the rest and expanded it to include the plumbing stack so it didnt impact the rumpus
- and as we lose the wall in the living room have just swapped it with the dining, as the dining as a wall.
