Contract Signed and waiting waiting waiting...

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry it has taken awhile to update. Work has just been crazy busy so I haven't had a chance to do alot with the blog.

Our contract is now signed after making several changes to reduce cost. We have a 7.5m master bedroom, which is ridonkulous but it was better than having less space and spending the same amount for just a steel beam!

We also got approval from council that we are ok for flood so 15k provision will be returned! weehoo!

We've since got a new cross over made (as the existing one was too far on the other side of the block), confirmation that current electricity pit is sufficient (yayers!), finance approved, and now just waiting for a start date and hopefully an introduction to a decent Site Supervisor who doesnt have too many projects on his plate at the one time.

Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly and we start very soon!
